@tjchester I noticed the problem came back after the latest BB Wall update. looks like it overwrote the change. So I replaced the line again in includes/wall-template.php to fix it.
Is this fix going to be put into the new updates or is it something I will have to change after every update?

Not sure if this is a theme problem or BuddyPress issue but after the latest BP 2.1 update when a post in BBpress forum is edited both the original and edit versions show up in the activity stream.

I see it on quite a few actions new friend , new registration, joined a group, updated profile and it displays on activity in the WordPress back end going back months. It doesn’t seem to affect anything on the websites front end. Not sure when it started showing I just noticed it.
I’m up to date on all plugins.

I’ve seen this at times as well.

The last three days it has disappeared and the likes are appearing correct, maybe some plugin update or WP 4.0 fixed it…

Seeing this error in my Activity backend for new registrations and new friends.
Doesn’t seem to cause any problems though.

When a user mentions another user and then the mentioned user replies to that the heading doesn’t look right. Is this a BuddyBoss theme issue or BuddyPress?

example:

User_A mentioned @User_A in a public message 28 minutes ago

I’m still seeing it after update. 🙁

I updated my profile picture and it was OK until user Roger came and liked it and commented on it then the %INITIATOR% wrote on %TARGET% Wall happened.
