Just checked and it seems that the new boss update resolved the issues with the h1.
Can you please confirm if anything has been amended? 🙂

To move forward on this – the stylings tab only included the page headers for h1. not the default headers which are generated for Forums and BuddyPress for example. These do not seem to stick.

Hi!

I’m trying to get the h1 size to tone down a bit to a 36px size, but whatever i try it does not stick.
I’ve tried doing to in the styling section of the customizer, but this has no effect.
Tried creating a override in the custom.css like so;

h1.main-title {
font-size: 60px;!important
}

But also no joy.

Thank you for your reply.
I’m not sure I completely follow, I’ve looked at the .js but was unable to locate any string which I can amend.
Can you please advise how to go about and change those .js generated fields, so I may adjust.

Buddydev offers the plugin for free – so you can download it at free will. I’ve just downloaded it myself and must say its a must-have! Would be awesome if this feature could be implemented by Boss devs so we do not need to use a out of date plugin.

Hi @vapvarun,

Just a friendly bump as I’ve come across the same issue.
Everything is translating just fine, with the exception of the front end search results bar.

Can you please advise how we can fix this ourselves if the devs have not gotten around to it yet.

Hi Guys,

Has anyone been able to provide an alternative for the emails being sent when someone is mentioned in Buddypress?
I’d like to be able to have user opt-in to notifications on the site, rather then spam them with emails.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I experienced the same issue, not sure if this is something the new Buddyboss update caused.
