I was in that forum on shortocdes, Mike. I moved my last comment to this forum because this was the beginning of my grand adventure.

WP + BP + Sensei 1.8.8 you should use Boss for Sensei 1.0.4.

Boss for Sensei 1.06 (current version) is not fully functional with anything higher than Sensei 1.8.8.

Let’s start with WP + BP + Sensei 1.8.8 — what Boss-Sensei plugin to use?

This has been going on for quite some time now. I think this company got caught with their pants down with the update to Sensei 1.9. I too have determined Boss-Sensei as the plugin causing the issues since when disabled, all the important stuff (lessons, start this course, etc.) appear. By rendering, specifically do you mean that the lessons are not appearing on the page? If so, I am running into the same problem and do not know the fix — however, as soon as you disable the Boss-Sensei plugin, the lessons appear on the page (badly formatted, but they do show). Which leads me to believe that Boss-Sensei plugin is still an…[Read more]

Follow-up — I downgraded to Boss for Sensei 1.0.2 and the lessons and buttons appear. I still have no idea what plugin/theme versions you expect your customers to run for a fully functioning product.

Complete new wordpress install. Sensei 1.8.8. Boss for Sensei 1.05. Still no lessons appear on course page. Disabling Boss for Sensei makes the lessons (and other slightly important buttons like, oh, START THIS COURSE). Am I supposed to downgrade the Boss for Sensei plugin also? What version? This is a MESS.
