The site was https to begin with. Your other response doesn’t fit – that other site is logged into from our site. Has nothing to do with our site not working on apple products.

I need to get this sorted. My members can’t see the content. That will mean refunds. UGH.

Continuous looping still exists on the site- you hit a choice and it leads you right back to the menu. Additionally, nothing is showing on the front page… this just happened Saturday.

Just discovered- nothing is showing on apple products – iphone, desktop safari.

Site works on the android, chrome on mac, firefox on mac. Just happened on Saturday, it appears?

Additionally, on the main site in a browser, it appears that some aren’t even able to access the materials.

They hit the side menu, make their choice. They get to the list of lessons, hit their choice, and they are redirected right back to the same page– the list of lessons.

When our members are logging in, the site never remembers their log in.

They check the checkbox and still they are logged out when they exit the site.

Hi there,

Our members would like to change the name after @. I believe it’s the user_nice_name.

I want to give them this capability BUT it cannot affect any other sign-in information as we have an integration that auto logs a person into another site at the same time and that particular sign in cannot be changed.

How can I go about doing this?

Something happened with sidebar – no idea, but I worked around it.

HOWEVER – when someone is joining the group, it is still coming into the activity feed.

Hi there – when logging on from a phone, I hit the menu drop down and it takes me to the list of lessons.

When I hit the lessons, it goes in a loop, right back to the list of lessons.

Additionally, if I click on the dropdown arrow and try those links, it gives me the same thing – a loop.
