I installed BuddyPress Docs on my site and I’m running into compatibility issues. It does appear to be theme based with Boss. I deactivated all my plugins but BP and BP Docs and the create new doc screen comes up blank, as does the main documents list. It isn’t a white screen of death, the theme shows up, but the Docs content does not.

I don’t know if you guys did anything, but I did run the latest update today and I am able to access the options and customizer. I don’t know if you was because of a fix you did, or as a result of the update. Either way, I’m settled. This is resolved, thank you.

@vapvarun The login credentials have been sent via the contact form. Boss theme is installed on the main site on the network, where I’m having this issue.

On one of the sites I’m running Boss on, after upgrading to 2.0, I can no longer access any options for the theme. The customizer fails to load, but also the theme options page loads a White-Screen-of-Death.

I upgraded to Boss v2 today and it broke my site in a major way. I have a child theme in place (the Boss child theme, with my own mods in it), does that need to be upgraded as well? I’m using the excellent TimeZoneCalculator plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/timezonecalculator/) to display a nice world clock on one of my sites. I’ve encountered a conflict between BB Media and the time zone plugin. I’m reporting this issue to you guys and the other plugin developer, so maybe we can find a solution for it.

I’m not sure if this has been reported, but I’m getting a strange behavior in the mobile version of the Boss theme. Several of our mobile users reported not being able to reply to comments on their phones.

What you’ve done is really beautiful and even fits thematically in with a lot of the layouts done for the BuddyPress profile and group pages. Well done!

@brian you need to ensure that the BP component Site Tracking is enabled. You’ll find this in Settings => BuddyPress. You may also need to allow search engines to search the site, this is found in Settings => Reading and select Allow search engines to index this site.
