@tjcheste I have no problem adding a logout option but I’d ideally like to populate that panel I’m just not sure how I can do that, although I can see header.php would need to be amended. I’m no longer using BP.

@tjchester This works but the scroll-area that sits behind the primary navigation would need to be fixed as well since it scrolls with the page to reveal the background image.

@tjchester Purely the WP toolbar, and only on mobile yeah. I can’t see/envisage anything other issue.

@foxdenvixen Go to Appearance > Menus and on the left side expand Links. Enter a # for the URL and give the link a Title. Add to the menu and drag it to it’s appropriate position with the child links beneath.

@andy8mcdonalds Ah my mistake, my install only works in the same manner as your own. I have raised two tickets with Buddypress support around the size these embeds are added at, and how to show content instead of just a hyperlink.

@andy8mcdonalds @vapvarun Also, does anyone know how to pull content into the activity stream by copying and pasting a link in? Featured image, and an excerpt of the text? This seems another area where Buddypress is way behind modern practices.

@ashleyyoung This forum is for Buddypress questions, not specific to themes or plugins. It’s not moderated by admins. The Edit button should show next to the Bin icon or Delete text (depending on theme) underneath the text of each activity post/comment.
