    I emailed buddyboss for some help and got this reply

    “Thank you for your interest in BuddyBoss! We are currently engaged in a custom project and find that we are no longer able to administer WordPress or BuddyPress-based sites for a period of time. That said, our WP/BP developers are managing clients on a freelance basis. ”

    So don’t hold your breath if you need their support.
