Filters the message content of the new blog notification email.

Description

Content should be formatted for transmission via wp_mail().

Parameters

$content: (Required) Content of the notification email.
$domain: (Required) Site domain.
$path: (Required) Site path.
$title: (Required) Site title.
$user_login: (Required) User login name.
$user_email: (Required) User email address.
$key: (Required) Activation key created in wpmu_signup_blog().
$meta: (Required) Signup meta data. By default, contains the requested privacy setting and lang_id.
