Filters the group membership request message that will be sent to user.

Parameters

Membership request email message text.

Object holding the current group instance. Passed by reference.
- $requesting_user_name

Username of who is requesting membership.
- $profile_link

URL permalink for the profile for the user requesting membership.
- $group_requests

URL permalink for the group requests screen for group being requested membership to.
- $deprecated

Removed in 2.5; now an empty string.
