Activity feed full of notifications

Hi,

This is with Sensei.

we turn off notifications in a course and we still see them in the activity feed of the course.

That really brings a lot of “noise”, like the duplicate – join course, than join group, start quiz, finish quiz, start lesson, finish lesson, etc. The important activity like the forum new topics and replies is buried into that.

The activity filter is not working.

We would greatly appreciate a fix on this, we can edit the theme if you tell us what to do.

We tried the plugin “BuddyPress Block Activity Stream Types” but it does not block the activities coming from your theme.

the best would be that turning off the notifications is working – then we do not need to filter.

I have checked again
with current update, you can turn off the activities from Course Group > Manage > Course
