Attention: Don't perform the update on "live" website

I did today the update on theme oneSocial marketplace 1.0.2 and plugins WC Vendors 1.8.7 and WC Vendors Pro 1.2.3.

Very bad idea! Site crashed and I am not able to bring it back up and running.

Issue is the marketplace plugin:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function onesocial_get_option() in ……/wp-content/plugins/buddyboss-marketplace/includes/main-class.php on line 700

Hope that @tomchedd @vapvarun @pallavi can support.

Hi @uwethwp,

It looks like you have activated different theme, try once with activate OneSocial theme.

Hi @sagar, thank you. I had to activate a different theme, while I perfomed the update. But of course, now the onesocial child is active (just tripple checked) and the error didn’t disappear either. Still offline and not working.

MarketPlace 1.0.5

Onesocial theme 1.0.3 update is pending, OneSocial update will available shortly.
