    @bstrehl

    Every day a considerable number (30-40) of the Boss cover stock images is automatically loaded into my Media library without me manually doing anything. Every picture is already multiple times in the library. No one is creating a new account. I am still working on the site so there’s no other activity. This only happens with your stock cover images. Do you have any clue what could cause this weird constant posting of the Boss stock photos to the media library. It’s kind of slowing down my media library…

    Mine was doing that too–every time a new user is created it ‘adds’ another image rather than just using the already-loaded media image.

    Not going to lie, the coverphoto functionality of this theme is so broken and bug-ridden right now that I’m tempted to remove it. Which sucks because a lot of my users really like the cover images, and thats what makes their profiles unique!

    Hi @bstrehl and @aaronmcnany, In cover photo section select Default Photo where you can optionally upload your own image to always use as the default cover photo so it will not create another stock cover images in your media library.

    Thanks, I already know that I can do that but it would be nice if the features actually work because it’s nice to have a random photo and they indeed look quite nice. Please try to fix the bug.

    Hi @bstrehl, The default cover photo only use instead of that dark blue background it does not mean that you users will not be able to upload their own cover image.

    Right–I’m not saying the user function is broken, I’m just saying that BB should only upload ONE of EACH stock cover photo in order to save space, rather than a new image file for each new member. (A buddyboss installation with 500 members might have 100 files of the same image uploaded to the server!)
