    I am trying to use the [s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form] short code and all it is doing is displaying the text. Any ideas?

    @ignitionmktgny where exactly are you trying to use the shortcode?

    @tjchester I am having this same problem.

    @ignitionmktgny
    did you solve this?

    I’m using a custom page template and the [s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form] shortcodes are not rendering. However, I don’t think it has anything to do with the template, since I got the same result when I tried putting the shortcodes into the edit page page in the wp-admin backend and selected the Boss Default Template as the page template.

    The only plugins I have active while testing this are s2Member and Buddypress.

    did you try copypasting the code via the HTML Editor side of the page editor, because the Visual Editor sometimes mess up with the html codes you can copy without noticing it.

    Hi @ricochetsupport, Please try to add shortcode in text mode
    I have tried with following s2 members shortcodes and it worked fine.
    [s2If is_user_logged_in()]
    Content for anyone that is logged in, regardless of their Membership Level.
    [/s2If]

    [s2If !is_user_logged_in()]
    Some public content. They’re NOT logged in.
    A leading !exclamation means false.
    [/s2If]

    Hi, @vapvarun,

    The [s2If] shortcode works fine. It’s the [s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form] shortcodes that don’t work. We are moving to Boss theme from another theme, so I know that this is a theme conflict because the shortcode works with the other theme.

    @jeanpierre
    I’m actually using the shortcode in a custom template, not in the visual or text tab of the page editor. I just tested it in the page editor to make sure it was a broader problem and not limited to the page template.

    I’m still looking for a solution to this. Can’t make the switch to the new theme if new members can’t pay for memberships… :-/

    I ended up re-downloading both the s2Member plugin and s2Member-pro add-on from s2Member and reinstalled them. It now works. 🙂
