March 28, 2016 at 9:28 am #65621@stephenHi @vapvarun,
This didn’t resolve the issue. I emailed you back. Do you still require my SFTP details?

Varun DubeyMarch 29, 2016 at 7:24 pm #65936@frankwarwick@vapvarun the multisite issue is over 6 weeks+ old and has many users scratching their heads about if and when it’s going to be resolved.
Every few days you say it will be fixed in 1-2 days but the weeks are rolling by and nothing is happening.
Just to be stress my point I want to say this again “6+ weeks”

Varun DubeyMarch 30, 2016 at 5:02 am #65989@stephenSo, just to clarify, it wasn’t a BuddyPress Network Active problem? Wanting to know because I made all of those changes as per your request with some considerable rearrangements to my setup.

AnonymousHi @stephen, No it was not BuddyPress network activation issue.
It’s fixed inside User Blog and scheduled to updated today or max tomorrow.Regards

AnonymousThis should be fixed now, in latest release. We updated BP User Blog, and OneSocial theme (if you’re using that) this morning.
We tested multiple test cases in Multisite and it should be working now. Thanks for your patience.
March 30, 2016 at 11:37 am #66100@stephen@michael & @vapvuran,
THE LATEST RELEASES DID NOT FIX THIS PROBLEM!
Really frustrated and quite fed up. PLEASE, help me resolve this, especially if you are claiming it is fixed on your end.
I installed the latest version of OneSocial 1.0.4 and User Blog 1.0.6. Did not work.
I tried activating Twenty Sixteen with User Blog. Did not work.
I tried deactivating every plugin except BuddyBoss plugins and BuddyPress. Did not work.
I tried resetting permalinks. Did not work.
I tried adding a new page and assigning that to the Create New Post Page. Did not work.
This is all after I reconfigured my entire network setup, because you guys told me that the problem was having BuddyPress activated across my network. I had to ask to find out that was not the case.
All the while, you guys have my SFTP information, which I do not exactly like giving out freely unless something really needs to be fixed, nothing was.
Your customers should not be here to test your products for you. We should not be lied to and told something will work (several times) only to find out on our own that it does not.
YOU NEED TO RECTIFY THIS. This is not a bug, it is a product that simply does not work. I have been very patient. For over a month I have remained calm on this forum while sitting on $400 worth of BuddyBoss products that I cannot use even though I was told pre-purchase that they would work together, as of yet, they have not.
Get into my site, do what you need to do, but FIX IT. @vapvarun has my SFTP details.
March 30, 2016 at 5:30 pm #66144@frankwarwickV1.0.6 works fine on multisite now, thanks

AnonymousIt works on multisite now. If you are still having issues please contact us directly at [email protected], it will be faster as this seems to be a site specific issue. The plugin works fine on most people’s setups out of the box, and we have tested it thoroughly with multisite and it works.

AnonymousHi @stephen, I will close this thread
It was Jetpack addon plugin which was creating issue, it’s fixed on his site.
Feel free to create new thread for any further questions.
