Thanks, @tjchester

Are you guys testing our demo, or your own websites with customizations? I just tested everything on Android tablets and iPads, and cannot reproduce the blank BuddyPanel issue. Any other details??
Please have a look at this screenrecord: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bbl5u9ju2i1h8m9/SCR_20150407_103245.mp4?dl=0
Thank you! That is very helpful, I realize I had misunderstood the issue before. We’ll fix it.
@michael – Please remember that this is a bigger problem than a BuddyPanel issue…
Have tested now many different phones (android and iphones) along with a couple different IPads all in landscape mode and both the top menu buttons don’t work. (BuddyPanel & Profile menu buttons). I have received lots of emails from my users about this.
I have made sure to test all these devices against your demo site and yielded the same results. Also had 3 different users access the demo site to test also.
No doubt losing a lot of new signups to my site since many just assume that our site is broken because they cannot access any menu. 🙁
Thanks for the fast response!
Thanks. Question : are you minifying you CSS/JS on your site?
We’ve noticed we can reproduce the issue on our demo site, where we use Better WordPress Minify, but NOT on our development site or localhost.. Just trying to narrow it down
Hi @michael,
YES! On both my Boss sites that have this problem we are using Better WordPress Minify. Did not even think about that as a culprit since we have many other non boss sites that use it and have no problems with their mobile buttons.

Unminifing main-mobile.css is the quick fix
An oversight on our part. We’re detecting with Javascript if that file has a media query attached to it, in order to provide < 480px media query fallback. We'll need to implement another method so that file can still be minified.
@michael – You the Man!!! – Thanks for the quick fix. Hope you can find a way to solve this so we can go back to minify that file. 🙂
Thanks Again Michael
🙂
We’ll figure out a fix for the next release
Unminifing main-mobile.css works, but I had to flush the minify plugin’s cache as well.

This should be fixed in v1.1.5, available now
@michael @dnosker @rugwarrior @tjchester
1.1.5 doesn’t seem to fix the problem for me … further, the widget doesn’t work on the iPad in mobile mode even when Better WP Minify is deactivated (but when I click the button to set it to desktop mode on the iPad, the widget works). Cleared Safari cache on iPad before trying.
I’ll be curious to hear if this fix is working for the rest of you.
