AnonymousHi guys this has been an ongoing issue for my website and it’s causing me to lose users.
The left hand and right hand panels on mobile devices only, seem to open and close very slowly or not at all.
On a desktop or laptop everything works fine?Answers

AnonymousIts seems to be mainly an Apple issue a user has told me they have tried on 3 different Apple devices and the panels won’t load at all.
On a Samsung and LG the panels open very slowly and sometimes get stuck so far

AnonymousAs I have stated this is mobile related, everything loads fine on a pc based browser.
Is there a list of BOSS js files that shouldn’t be pushed to a CDN?February 5, 2016 at 1:28 am #58175@
AnonymousHi @jerseypeeps
menu toggle is not working on desktop as well , I have checked at your site.
Boss js can be pushed on cdn but it is not loading due to Access-Control-Allow-Origin issue.
Please chat with cdn support they will provide some codes to get added in htaccess file to load files properly.
Maxcdn will explain it well
“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 522 (Origin Connection Time-out)”I have faced these issue personally when using maxcdn with cloudflare and cloudflare was blocking maxcdn ips

AnonymousThanks have added the code for MAXCDN fingers crossed this will resolves the problems my mobile users have been experiencing especially Apple users!! No idea why but Apple devices don’t like WordPress or Buddypress!!
The 522 connection time-out has been a very big issue for me, this is a cloudflare error isn’t it?
February 5, 2016 at 11:16 am #58230@
AnonymousGreat, it was due to cloudflare which block them. I had faced same earlier on my test sites which helped identify the issue.
I will close this topic, feel free to create new topic for any further queries.

AnonymousI have now disabled cloudflare and also maxcdn and still the lag exists, I will now start looking for another theme as this one obviously isn’t work as expected, especially on mobile devices which is why I chose this theme over the others.

AnonymousHi @jerseypeeps
It seems working fine

AnonymousYes its working only because MAXCDN and Cloudflare are now disabled, your theme should work regardless of the caching options available to your users, I will be having my developer look into this as he has previously fixed issues with the theme, something you guys should be doing instead relying on your users to find them or throwing out quick-fix css fixes!
Come on guys! people are paying good money for your themes / plugins and should be getting better support than what they are currently getting!!

AnonymousHi @jerseypeeps,
Configure cloudflare properly and it will work fine with maxcdn we are also using maxcdn and cloudflare at our own demos. Please communicate with maxcdn support they will guide your how to configure maxcdn with cloudflare.Regards

AnonymousHi @vapvarun I have had CDN disabled for the past 12 hours or more along with Cloudflare disabled via w3tc and still the menus are not functioning as they should be.
You are very quick to send your customers elsewhere for support, when this is clearly a theme issue.I am currently in talks with Maxcdn and will respond here accordingly with any fixes they suggest.
