BuddyPress and Sensei logins not compatible

I have experienced that several times now:

When I log in using your BuddyPress login in the upper right corner, and then go on “courses”, I can click through until I get to the single lesson, and suddenly I am logged out.

Vice versa, I had a similar problem with my old theme Canvas from Woothemes: When I used the Sensei login page to log in and the clicked on bbpress forums I was suddenly logged out.

Hi @nmschaller, There is no plugin specific logins, please make use the page links have same protocols.

WordPress sets a cookie in your browser to authenticate a login session. This cookie is set for the WordPress URL stored in your settings section. If you are accessing from a URL that does not match the one in your WordPress settings, then WordPress will not be able to authenticate your session.

I have attached two screenshot, please check them once, if you are using ssl then make sure your page and custom link have some protocols those also need to be on https, switching to http url will terminate the session.

this is not related to Buddyboss, so we can not help from here… the guys at Woothemes.com are the ones responsible for the support of Sensei…

Thank you. My settings are correct. But I have not experienced being logged out in the past days. And sometimes before reloading the page did resolve it; maybe this is just a caching problem.

I will monitor it.
