June 8, 2015 at 3:58 pm #41106@ammoHello,
Which cover plugin have you tried as I’m in the same situation?
June 9, 2015 at 4:02 am #41123@peterdevYes, Infact there two photo covers:
1)Buddypress photo by gentleman with the username aghajoon, his plugin applied the same cover photo to all members I didn’t like the idea.
2) The plugin I am intersted and I would like to use is Buddypress Cover Photo by this person with username sevensqueen as clearly explains “Enable your site users to add beautiful profile photo covers to their page. Admin user also can set covers for other users by visiting their profile.” I was able to bowse and upload image and not cover on right handside of profile add cover photo button remains there. This is the plugin I want help with and not working on buddyboss theme 4v testing the plugin on some wp themes is fine so think is bbtheme issue.June 9, 2015 at 1:47 pm #41134@ammoHi @peterdev I have tried both and the first one you have the choice if you want to set a default picture for all users, with a bit of messing about this one will be easier to get working with the Buddyboss theme.
The second on I ask if it would work on Buddyboss theme and they just said to ask the Buddyboss Deb team.June 9, 2015 at 3:24 pm #41137@ammoHi Just seen this as-well :- https://buddypress.org/support/topic/groups-editing-not-saving/#post-240437

AlyssaParticipant@peterdev I cannot support this plugin any more than you needing to add height to this element via custom.css. This will affect the layout of the page and that I cannot support.
body.buddypress.is-user-profile div#item-header{height:500px;}
NOTE: Make the height anything you want but it will cut off anything smaller.June 11, 2015 at 9:23 pm #41195@alyssa-buddyboss
AlyssaParticipantPS: This plugin should not be adding a background to this image. This is bad standards. They should hook into an action. This is why I am unable to support it.
June 12, 2015 at 1:49 pm #41209@peterdevThanks, I also think there is no need.
