Buddypress Error Code

Hi,

I am receiving an error after a user posts an update to their activity. This error is only visible on the “members” page. The only way it disappears is if I deactivate the buddypress plugin. Some posts online suggest that this error is caused by the theme. I wanted to ask if you guys may have come across this type of an error and may know how it maybe resolved.
