    Hi:

    I just purchased and downloaded Social Marketplace (theme). In the readme files for all components it says “Make sure buddypress is activated”. I do not use Buddypress and I don’t remember seeing it as being mandatory on the product pages before I purchased it. Did I make a mistake here?

    Hi @elindydotcom, Yes, Buddypress is required for Social Marketplace as it is based on OneSocial which is dedicatedly created for Buddypress.
    BuddyPress boasts of power packed features which help you run and manage your private/public eCommerce platform.

    You can disable few of its components if you don’t need them.

    Aw, shoot. I have no need to use buddypress. If it is needed to use the theme then can I humbly request a refund on this?
