Can you change the wording in the Activation Page?

I have used my email accounts to test the registration of my website. The problem is, every time I use Gmail accounts to register my website, the activation email that the user need to click in order to confirm the registration always goes to Trash or Spam. So is it possible that you add wording something like ‘Please check their Spam and Trash boxes too because sometimes the activation emails go to those boxes’?

To explain what I’m saying, please check the attachment. It shows the wording I got when I registered my site. Can you add a few words that the user needs to check their Spam and Trash boxes because sometimes the activation emails go there?
