    Since updating to Boss. version 2.0.1 I now find that if I click on the customise option on Appearnace>Themes it takes me to a totally blank grey screen with the url http://worldclasslearning.co.uk/wp-admin/customize.php?theme=boss

    I have tried changing the theme to Twenty Fifteen and to WP-Forge and in both cases the customise option works perfectly.

    Why can I not get customise for Boss.?

    Hi @icuc We have moved most of options from customizer to Our new option panel
    you can set values from there also
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=boss_options

    Please let me know about server configuration and active plugin list, I am trying to replicate the issue.

    Linux on a server running apache and the minimum web server specification are Dual Quad-Core Intel ‘i7’ Processors 64GB RAM SAS Raid 5/10 Hard Disks PHP 5.4 MySQL 5.4.

    I am trying to replicate the issue, but it seems fine at my end, We have tested with different different PHP version also, Please send your error log file at [email protected]

    OK – I think we have solved it! It seems I need to be at PHP 5.6 and not PHP 5.4

    I can now reach the customisation page!
