Cannot Upload Image in Activity

Fresh install, only plugins are buddypres, media, and wall. On activity page, when trying to upload an image to use in a post there is no dialog box. I have checked and unchecked “Load the Unminified version of Javascript, for compatibility with certain plugins” and I have checked and unchecked “When adding a photo, use browser’s default file selector instead of our popup upload box”

Hi – I just sent the details again – I really do not believe this is a configuration issue, as everything is standard and there are no other plugins installed.
