    Hi @natasja, You can use our ‘BuddyPress Member Types’ plugin, it create as many Member Types as you want, and easily assign a member type to any user.

    Hi @natasja,

    I am using BP Member Types as well. I use it to add “Teacher” to the Member directory page.

    There are many different member types/roles/levels in WordPress/BuddyPress. I was recently asked by another BuddyBoss member for advice about this. It really depends on what you want to use it for.

    Thanks for the advice!

    What I need is this: We sell interdisciplinary projects to schools/teachers. We need to be able to have teachers/schools signup and but a project. Then add their students to this project.

    Simple I thought 🙂 but it’s not…. Would the membership plugin in combination with wisdmlabs Group Registration plugin do the job? (if I ever get the wisdmlabs plugin to work..:)
