Question
February 8, 2016 at 12:53 pm #58544@startupbrosHi there,
Our users are randomly seeing 404 errors throughout the website. It seems to happen when switching between BuddyPress/LearnDash pages – but even that I’m not sure of…
I’ve tried everything on this site and others, including everything described in this thread – https://www.buddyboss.com/support-forums/topic/certain-pages-not-found/
Obviously switching the Permalinks to ‘Default’ and then back to ‘Post Name’ fixes the issue, but not permanently. Our customers are not happy about these errors, and our team is wasting incredible amounts of time in customer support trying to smooth this over.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

AnonymousHi @startupbros, Please send your website details along with the FTP details from our Contact us page..one of our developer will check it. As sometimes your pages are working and sometimes not so it is not a permalink issue.
We will check it might be any plugin overriding and calls a flush re_write rule

February 18, 2016 at 3:43 pm #59630@startupbrosI’ve emailed your support team 4 times now.
I received one response over a week ago asking for more information, which I sent over immediately.
Can you please confirm for me that your support team has seen my emails and is working on fixing the issue.
I would also appreciate an ETA, since I have been waiting over a week for a response of any kind from your team.
I have thousands of customers freaking out about this – this is an urgent priority that your team has completely dropped the ball on.
Let me know what I need to do to get this fixed,

AnonymousHi @nvwa, 404 error are not a bug for Social Learner. It might be possible your server or any plugin is creating some error again and again. Please sent your site login details from our contact page. We will cross check at your site
