Question
August 6, 2015 at 11:13 am #43946@happyfoolzHow to control the visibility of the menu items below the profile / group photo? [ Wall / Profile / Notifications / etc.]
How to make items behave the same as the Settings item (Visible only to the profile owner).

AlyssaParticipant@happyfoolz these are placed there by BuddyPress. Perhaps their forums would be a better place for this question.
August 10, 2015 at 2:25 am #44114@happyfoolzThis is a very tricky thing to find. I’m not even sure what question to ask. Can you point me in the right direction?

AlyssaParticipant@happyfoolz I believe this is the group and profile sub nav tabs. You could always post a picture with the area highlighted so there is no miscommunication of the exact component you are referring to.
August 11, 2015 at 12:25 am #44195@happyfoolzThanks TJ – I have been trying to do this for some time.
I’m not sure why it is so difficult. All I want to do is make the Friends menu tab behave the same as the Settings tab. i.e – The Friends option should only be visible to the owner of the profile. Logged out people and other members should not see it.
You guys at BuddyBoss are stars – your support is friendly and helpful. I will try what you have suggested.
