Question
February 12, 2016 at 12:33 pm #59028@rimm95My course pages were looking fine until yesterday. I did not change anything but the page became dramtically different. I cannot explain it properly so here is a link:
Please advise why this would happen and how I can fix it.
Thanks

February 12, 2016 at 1:21 pm #59034@ianclaytonAhah! Seems the Bodd for Learndash theme deactivated somehow for some reason – check that and reactivate – my layer of lipstick came back… hmm
February 12, 2016 at 1:27 pm #59035@ianclaytonNope – it was a bug – Varun fixing something – the inactive plugin was part of that emergency fix

AnonymousHi @rimm95, There were few major updates in the Sensei plugin and they have modified there complete layout structure that’s why that error occurred we have fixed it in our latest version…you can update it now

February 20, 2016 at 8:50 am #59779@ianclaytonDo these updates also apply to the Learndash situation – which also scrambled the layout. Evidently I’m running under a temporary fix. My concern is that this is not properly tested before release. CSS is so important. Like Steve I asked what the cause was and how it was missed at your end. What you have to realize is that this type of error effectively brings down any site and tarnishes our image and brand, as well as your worn. Thankful though I am for the quick help, the dependence on plugin integration like sensei and learndash is 100%.
Justin (owner) at Learndash said he will reach out to you to fathom a better testing policy. Hopefully that type of commitment will help us avoid these type of errors.

AnonymousHi @ianclayton, We are also working on Learndash updates as well and check all things properly hopefully we will release the Learndash in couple of weeks.

February 23, 2016 at 7:28 am #59977@ianclaytonPallavi – thank you for the update – very welcome news. At the moment I’m working fine with the emergency fixes applied to my site – I just dont know what caused this or what was actually done to patch things – not exactly a comfortable way to be running a production site that relies upon clean operation to protect its brand image!
As soon as you can provide better visibility uno “hopefully” and “couple of weeks” would you please send out a pre-release note or comprehensive changelog notes prior to any updates – again thank you.
February 23, 2016 at 2:33 pm #60013@rimm95@pallavi I am running Social learner 1.0.6 and Boss 2.1.0 and I still have the issue.
I checked the release notes and it doesn’t look like Social learner has been updated since November 2015 and Boss has not been updated since February 8, 2016.
Is there something I am missing here?

RegardsFebruary 24, 2016 at 8:02 am #60099@ianclaytonVaruna, Pahlavi I’m running with your emergency fix so I’m ok – in my case take your time (!) and test fully. 🙂 My question remains the same though, when you are finished, would you share with me by email if possible what the cause was and how it was fixed – thanks.
