Creating Public Forum or Topics.

how to make sure that forums can be accessed and seen by any user in the site.

our site url:
http://www.leadersofevolution.com/development

Admin account creates a forum and topic that is not private but other users cannot see the forum/topics..

Can you help me on this.

It is working fine,

I can access and post with a subscriber role.
