Custom Login page instead of wp-login.php

I have installed a plugin that created an individual login page with the URL /profile/login. However, wp-login-php still exists, but I want users always to be redirected to /profile/login.

I want to link to this new page from the Buddypress Menu area (that are only shown to logged out users).

Where can I change that link destinations in the titelbar and the link destination behind the menu point in the “buddypress” area (s. screenshot)

Another solution would be to permanently redirect als wp-login-php request.
