Customized Titlebar links are not saved

I can edit Titlebar link color and it is shown in the Live Preview correctly, but when I save and reload the page, nothing changes.

Unfortunately the site is on localhost still in develompment, so I cannot post a link.
The problem I have is with the link color in Customizer > Titlebar > Links (Desktop), which is not saved.
Not a big issue, I have fixed it in custom.css, but I thought that you should know.

@kozlovsk unfortunately being in a localhost environment can have a plethora of issues. Most WordPress developers insist on working on a staging site. In fact, most wordpress hosts provide them now but sadly these same hosts cause major issues with BuddyPress since they are designed for blogs and not a social network. Sorry this is a bit more than you asked for just want to explain why you are experiencing so many issues and many will be resolved simply by publishing your site.

@tjchester my small issues are not a problem at all 🙂 Any project with such complexity as Social Learner will cause couple of questions. Thank you for you help!
