'Default Photo' for Cover Photo Disappears

The ‘Default Photo’ that I keep setting for the Cover photos keeps disappearing and I have no idea why. It works for a little while and then corrupts/disappears from media. Also, new cover photos sometimes don’t get brought into media.

I realize some of my questions might be annoying, and for that I am sorry, but the cover photo situation for this theme is TERRIBLE right now. It’s getting to the point where I don’t want to update the theme anymore. Just look at all of these stupid photos that are being ‘auto loaded’ onto my website! EVERYTHING I do to stop this from happening, and yet it keeps reverting back to this. I don’t want random stock photos being used in my website. Please help!

Also, some of the stock photos end up being corrupted after a period of time. See attachment:

Hi @aaronmcnany, It is hard to tell why this is happening but it is not a theme issue. It would be best to get in contact with your hosting provider and let them know about this problem to see what they say.
