Do I need Social Learner if I already have the Boss Theme?

Hi

I bought the Boss theme (and additionally the Wall & Media Upload plugins)…and so far so good things are working as expected. 🙂

The question is this:
I now want to add “LearnDash” to my website. Do I just go purchase LearnDash from LearnDash for $99 ($129 if I want the ProPanel)? Or do I need to purchase the “Social Learner” from here? I do want it to look like the demo here, but if I can save some money – I may just purchase LearnDash directly from them.

I wished I knew if I bought the Social Learner in the beginning, the Boss theme would have been included in the purchase (for only $50.00 more).

Jim, you’ll have to buy LearnDash either way. Social Learner itself doesn’t include either e-learning plugin – Sensei or LearnDash. That’s a separate purchase. Social Learner is basically a theme, with a couple of additional plugins to tie everything together. I think Boss will work on it’s own, but I can’t say for sure… What you get with Social Learner is some additional integration and styling for your courses that makes everything look a little more polished.
