Duplicate member types in menu

I’ve pasted the code into a functionality plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/functionality/

If you want that to remain when you switch themes, then you can keep using the “Functionality” plugin that way you won’t lose that functionality if/when you switch themes. 🙂
