Edit the dropdown to sort members

Hi, I have 3 questions concerning the member search area:

First I set up my homepage to be a static front page showing all users:

Q1 : How can I move the search member bar ( section in red in the pic included ) just below the title bar ?

Q2 : Where can I edit the dropdown to show other choice than alphabetically and last active…

Q3 : Is it possible to have multiple links in a secondary navbar instead of a dropdown
