Question
June 2, 2015 at 9:36 pm #40874@cheizenHey Guys, im trying to Edit the slides size, and re arrange some stuff.
I wanted to match the size of the slides to the “featured” image on the entries, to do that i edited the buddyboss-slides.ccs file and changed this
#fwslider {
position: relative;
background: #000;
width: 100%;
overflow: hidden;
}to
#fwslider { position: relative; background: #000; width: 75.95%; overflow: hidden; }
Cool now they have the same size, now my next problem is i want to move up the “widget sidebar” to the top to fill the blank space, and since the slides are showing at 75.95% now the Phone and ipad versions show a blank on the right, how would i fix that?
I want to add padding or a margin of about 15-25px on the bottom of the slides so they dont touch the featured of the blog entries.
I also noticed after i changed the slides.ccs my speed on Google´s PageSpeed Insights, decreased from 60/100 to only 47/100. (on mobil devices,) and from 77/100 to 76/100 on web browser.
Hope this makes sence as english is not my native language 🙂

Anonymoushi @cheizen all seems fine to me, slider width can not create big performance issue , it is just a small parameter, total number of request call do not get changed due to width
