Email options settings not working

Email option setting does not work.
When I tried to change setting, nothing happen.
This is not very nice for customer.
Please give me a instructions.
（users-My profile setting – Disable the visual editor when writing is unchecked）

Hi @thejapanesecuisine, Please attach the screenshot where you are trying to enable email option
Boss theme does not have any Email option, might be your are checking any additional plugin option

Seems like you are not getting the emails to activate it
ERROR: Your account has not been activated. Check your email for the activation link.
If you have not received an email yet, click here to resend it.

Make sure your hosting is able to send emails
You can also try smtp plugin to send mails

I tried deactivate all plugin, but nothing changed.

sorry, I got fixed. when i turn off DB Cache Reloaded Fix plugin, now works well.
