Embeds Don't Work

It was embedding links yesterday today it is not. You still have not tested it. You are just looking at the links I posted:

It’s not embedding the same links it embed yesterday.

Does it use a third party API?

I figured out the problem. If you just paste a link and hit publish it will just post the link without embeding it. You need to hit another key in the test box (add text, hit enter, etc.) before it attempts to embed it.

@kahunaburger I’m afraid we had a miscommunication earlier in the discussion. I will have the developers check if this issue can be fixed.

I think for most it won’t be an issue. I was just fast in testing without posting text with the link.

In the future it would also be nice if you could remove the link once the thumbs load (before you hit submit). This may require adding a cancel button, but that’s how Facebook works. You can do it now but you have to be real quick in hitting the update button after you remove the link.
