Feature request for BP Global Search

I would like members to be hidden from logged-out site users.

I have already implemented custom PHP code to restrict access to member pages (i.e. BuddyPress pages) like the Members Directory / Groups etc…

Unfortunately, there is currently an information leakage since I have installed BP Global Search and allowed site users to search for things on the site like “Members”:

The unfortunate thing is that this also works for logged-out users. This way a member, who only wants to be visible to logged-in users of the site can be found from a simple search.

My request is then to add an option in BP Global Search to allow admin to select what can be searched for logged-out users and logged-in users.
