Global Search Not Working… Kind Of

The Global Search plugin I purchased for BuddyBoss Theme is not working properly. Click in the Search box at the top of the screen, type in any word to search, let’s do: gdp

It says Loading Suggestions, then returns Nothing Found for gdp.

Now click the actual magnifying glass to load the Search Results webpage and it says next to the All bubble 109, next to the Posts bubble, 109 (these are correct numbers, gdp was mentioned 109 times). However, the text below these bubbles says:

“Sorry, but nothing matched your search criteria. Please try again with some different keywords.”

This definitely is a bug as it finds the items, but part of the plugin doesn’t realize it found the items.

I’m having a similar problem.

This is horrible service. Support ticket system just refreshes the page and doesn’t work for customers, and you are told to post in these forums and there’s just other customers with the same problems and no one from the company with a solution. So now that I know this is the way things are going to work, no more buying plugins from your company because now you are starting to get the reputation of producing buggy plugins and then not supporting your customers who buy them.
