having issues with buddyboss title bar

Hi my names josh and i am fairly new to your product. So far ive been having alot of trouble creating a standard homepage for my site with a full-width picture for the background.
Unfortunately there seems to be something in the framework of buddypress or the theme preventing me from doing this please see attached picture.

I was able to remove the title name just fine with a plugin but i am looking to remove the entire section so my picture can run the full screen as intended. I currently dont know much about css apart from very basic stuff so if this is required i will need abit of guidance there also.

I apologize if this has been addressed elsewhere but i did try all the solutions i found on the forum that i could find. If i actually implemented them correctly or not is another thing cause again i am new. Im willing to take any suggestions that people have to fix this issue and thank you very much in advance 🙂

Hi @vashdenarada, Please add this css in your child theme’s custom css option.

.site-content article {
    padding: 0px 70px 36px !important;
}

Thank you for the reply Pallavl i appreciate the help 🙂

I dont currently run a child theme as im not 100% sure what its actual use is. Please advise if i am able to just add this on the current parent them through the editor or if i do indeed have to set up a child theme.
