    Hi,
    Is there a way to hide the empty profile fields as I want to offer a lot of options but most will only use a few of them?

    I think you’ll have to use som PHP to do this, not just CSS since CSS can’t tell if there’s something filled in in a field. This means that you’ll have to copy the correct template file to your child theme and then edit it.
