Hide Leave Reply to Blog Posts and Contact Page

Hi,

I am unable to disable “leave a reply” on Buddyboss 4.0.8. In the settings>discussion the comments field is disabled and the page template within Buddyboss does not allow for un-checking the comments when creating or editing a page since that option is missing.

@hrehm331 In Dashboard>New Page select the Screen Options tab in the top right corner of the screen, then select the option for discussions. Then you will see the options for discussions and able to remove them from the individual page.

I would like to disable the comment box.

I already look the discussion option on the page and the case isn’t check.
Could you help me ?

@ploufeo if “Allow comments” is not checked on the edit page then this is going to have to be a WordPress issue. You will need to contact them for further support. If you really want to disable them across the site copy page.php to your child theme and remove this line: <?php comments_template( '', true ); ?>
