I’m still setting things up and realized that the site will be generating loads of emails. I’m wondering how others are handling this.

I am assuming that when something sells, the vendor and buyer get notified and then our PayPal account which holds the transaction will generate emails. As an admin, do we get notified of every single transaction? Do you set up special emails for PayPal, for the forum and for other site needs?

We can set up email accounts through our host, so my thinking is that there are emails that you don’t have to see on a regular basis, but might have to track down if there is a problem and then there are emails that need immediate response. Suggestions?

    Hi @rayela
Most of emails are sent from single emails id and for notification that goes to dedicated user/vendor account.
You can use mail filter to categorize them.

I’m using Mailgun (https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailgun/). It’s kind of detailed and technical to get set up, but once done it’s golden.
