March 9, 2016 at 3:42 pm #62270@uwethwpThis probably goes hand in hand with my question:
How can I add the WC-Vendors-Dashboard link into Profile menu?
Should appear for vendors only…March 10, 2016 at 6:33 am #62342@

March 10, 2016 at 7:17 am #62349@conscious-craftiesHi it’s ok I’ve now got rid of it completely 🙂
Users can click on their photo to amend all their account options.
However please don’t close this issue as @uwethwp still requires help.
Many thanks,
Karen

March 10, 2016 at 8:58 am #62373@conscious-craftiesOh sorry Uwe!
You can do this in two ways..
If you don’t have many users go to wp-admin and go to Users.
Select user and uptick the option ‘Show Toolbar when viewing site’If you have lots of users like me and you don’t fancy doing this for every user, then download this User Roles plug in:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/You then get an option under Users within wp-admin for User Role Editor. Select that.
Then for ‘Select Role and change its capabilities’ select the role type you want to remove the admin bar for (I chose Vendors).
Scroll to the bottom and TICK ‘Hide Admin Bar’I then repeated this for ‘Customers’ so it didn’t confuse them too!
Hope that helps,
Karen

AnonymousHi @uwethwp
You can use
Nav Menu Roles plugin
https://wordpress.org/plugins/nav-menu-roles/
We have inbuilt location to add menu items to right dropdown ” My Profile ”
using this approach You can add Vendor Dashboard for only Vendors

Varun DubeyMarch 19, 2016 at 5:54 am #64030@conscious-craftiesAwe that solution looked so great but it didn’t work for me unfortunately. Looking at the Nav Menu Roles FAQ it looks like my User Switching plug in doesn’t play nice with it and doesn’t show the menu role options. This would have been wonderful though!
