    Hello, in my system, something is recognizing my users emails as both email and username.

    That is fine except for the fact that on each user’s forum post, their username is displayed, which exposes their email to the whole community. We don’t want this.

    Can someone please tell me how to hide this username on forum posts:

    Also a way to hide the IP address section would be great too.

    Hi @iic007, you can change usernames and disable emails are username

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/username-changer/
    By default WordPress do not allow emails as username
    @mention will display username in forums and inside activity also
