How to disable "Everyone" in Album Visibility

Is there a way to disable the “Everyone” setting in Album or Picture Visibility?

I have a closed site, and it’s locked down, however I don’t want the possibility of have “Everyone” (meaning those that are not friends or logged in users) be able to view my user’s pics. I do however want the user to be able to select “Only Me”, “My Friends”, and “Logged In Friends.”

Follow on, is there a way to set a Default Visibility. If there is not, then it could possibly go on the BuddyBoss Media Settings Page as a feature request. If there is, please advise on where to submit the feature request. I understand that this will not be a priority request.
