Question
April 23, 2015 at 4:16 pm #39285@holidayjoiSo I started off conservative and purchased the BuddyBoss theme…after getting set up and comparing features of Boss, I wanted to switch.
Boss theme has been purchased, but when I attempt to upload this new theme (parent first), this is the message I get:
“The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”
I am starting with scratch so not worried about losing anything…how can I delete the BuddyBoss theme and install the new Boss theme?
Please help.
Thank you!

April 23, 2015 at 4:36 pm #39288@style960@holidayjoi You could unzip both the Boss parent and child theme and upload via FTP. Then activate the child theme in WP admin.

AlyssaParticipant@holidayjoi Welcome to the BuddyBoss community! You may have a more serious issue with the php max upload limit. You may want to contact your host to see if it can be raised.
