AlyssaParticipant@rodonnell did anything come of this? Not sure if the CDN caches files, might need a purge? Just a shot out there. The devs might need to take a further look. I assume you verified it is not a plugin conflict?
September 6, 2015 at 3:44 am #45818@rodonnellNo, it seems that some of the current top programs are coming close to or are clashing. Again, all the calls to the same folder are struggling. I think if they look further and keep on this it would help. It’s either get() or the theme and media gallery’s update using minification? I know you guys been working hard on it. Could I get the most recent updates re: multi-site issues? Multi Net. Thank you very much.

AlyssaParticipant@rodonnell sorry for the delay, I believe you have been talking with Varun in email support. Can you check with using the regular js file by un-commenting line 288 of photo-class.php and comment line 289 and clear the cache if any and re-activate the plugin. Please let me know if that resolves the issue. We may need to add an option for CDNs by not minifying certain files. 🙂
October 6, 2015 at 5:34 pm #48087@rodonnellTJ. Hello,
Uncommented the line on 288 and also had host look.
Looks like we’ll need the CDN Fix for SiteLock and Enterprise Cloud.. or is their other news?
Thanks!

The dude,
Thanks for reaching out to Glad to hear that B was able to provide you with information to get your plugin functioning as you should.
If you go ahead and into your You will find the line that TJ Chester was referring to about commenting out in the location ///photo-class.php on line 288:
// ript( ‘ssedain ss . ox’ ), ‘3.0.6’, true ); (Deleted on purpose 🙂
From the reply that TJ Chester provided, you would have to uncomment out the following line. Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to do this change from our end, since coding and programming is not something we support. For that I’m truly sorry about this. I hope the information I provided though is more than enough to help guide you on what you need to do exactly. Let us know if you run into any further issues, we will be more than glad to help.Have a great day!
Cheers!
