I have an idea or "request"

Since people are so used to Facebook it’s hard for them to automatically pick up and run with the new website, especially mobile. I was thinking that if you guys added a tour to the theme that included menu, profile slider, and just a way to guide someone through the website that was desktop and mobile responsive it would actually make it easier for us as website owners to remove all the questions that visitors, users etc. could ask and simplify the process of using the site.

The only thing I find missing in most WordPress templates is the fact that everyone won’t just be able to pick it up and go. I held a dummy meeting Monday and showed the site on a mobile device and all I really got with questions. So I say simplify the site by adding a guide that site owners can customize, and it will increase our success as well as yours.

@Claron- I was thinking the same thing- a nice user guide for your registered users to help them with the ease (or fear) of not using facebook.
As I am new to using WP and buddyboss, it would help me too!

My thing is that I think builders of wordpress themes have to realize that there are some people that only know how to use facebook. “competition” as a social media relys on removing the users need to ask, think, or wonder how.

@tjchester if a tour isn’t available would it be possible to simply use tooltips and set them to ids? MY only concern would be that fact that each tool tip would need to be able to be closed while activating the next one. #justanidea …..
