    Hi there,

    We’re having some problems with the sign-up process on our website. After the new member receives the email to activate their account, they end up with an ‘Invalid Activation Key’ message on our website (see screenshot).

    To create the issue:

    1. Sign up as a new member at https://okwahonetwork.com (register: https://okwahonetwork.com/register/).
    2. Click on the activation link in your email
    3. [This is where the Invalid Activation Key’ appears]

    We found out about this error from one of our new members. We experienced the same technical issue when we created a ‘test’ account.

    Hi @okwahonet, As I checked it is a Buddypress related issue so you can ask in Buddypress support forum they will suggest you better: https://buddypress.org/support/
